Just last month, Hurricane Helene devastated many communities in East Tennessee. Flooding destroyed homes and businesses, disrupted community services, and forever changed lives. Our neighbors to the East will be digging out of this devastation for months – and in some cases, years.
Tragedies like Hurricane Helene can be particularly hard for those in addiction recovery programs, as they take away the one thing we all need to protect our sobriety – hope.
That’s why Freeman Recovery Project is stepping in to provide support directly to Tennessee recovery centers whose clients have been affected by Hurricane Helene. Funds raised by Freeman Recovery Project will go directly to providing hope to those in recovery treatment. We will provide financial assistance to recovery centers as they work to ensure their clients and staff have the shelter, food and other resources they need to be successful.
Freeman Recovery Project will match up to $25,000 in donations to the ‘Hope After Helene – Recovery Relief Fund.’ 100% of funds raised will be given to Tennessee recovery centers affected by Hurricane Helene.
Tax deductible donations can be made using this LINK.
